Plaster sand(p-sand)
- It is a fine-grained sand used for plastering, crushed stone with a particle size of around 2.36mm-0.075mm .our Plaster sand is free from clay, silt, and organic impurities to ensure good adhesion and durability of the plaster.
- Plaster sand is washed and graded to remove any impurities and ensure uniformity in particle size. Which can be applied to walls and ceilings.
- We use hydrocyclone to remove ultra fines(silt),which uses centrifugal force to exactly remove the fines such has particle with sizes less than 75 micron which are harmful in plastering.
- Our plaster sand is properly graded with enough quantity of 600 micron sand particles which are necessary for smooth plastering and to achive good finished wall surface ,

Concrete sand(c-sand)

- With a particle size of around 4.75mm to 0.075mm. Concrete sand should also be free from clay, silt, and organic impurities to ensure the strength and durability of the concrete.
- The particle size of concrete sand is important, as it affects the strength and workability of the concrete. A mix with too much fine sand may result in a weaker concrete, while a mix with too much coarse sand may result in a difficult to work with uneven concrete.
- ALPHA concrete sand are well graded with larger size ,intermediate size and small size particles present , which will improve workability , packing density ,concrete strength , etc
- We don't saparate intermediate sized particles from concrete sand.

Aggregates
Shape
Alpha aggregate particles are angular or cubical, rather than rounded or smooth. Angular or cubical particles provide better interlocking between the particles and enhance the mechanical properties of the concrete.
Strength
Alpha aggregate has high strength and hardness to withstand the stresses and forces applied during the mixing, placing, and curing of the concrete. Also our aggregates have low porosity and good resistance to weathering and abrasion.
Specific gravity
The specific gravity of the aggregate should be between 2.7. This value indicates the relative density of the aggregate compared to water, and affects the strength and density of the concrete.

Alpha blocks
Unique features
- All our blocks have curved edges , this will help in faster and safer wall construction as it is easy to handle the blocks.
- Curved edges will be comfortable to build with , resulting in good finished walls ,
- Very less water absorption ,
- High compressive strength -we can make up to m30 blocks on requirement4.high compressive strength -we can make up to m30 blocks on requirement
- Comes with bundles loaded and unload with crane mounted trucks
- Very good finished faces /surface resulting in less plastering
